Denver Omelette
Always such a great experience eating at this restaurant! The food is always so fresh and portions are very generous. Will definitely be back for the Denver omelette.
Chilaquiles
coming from a Mexican background I 100% approve of these chilaquiles. The salsa is authentic, and the tortilla chips are so good. A must try.
Chicken & Bacon Waffle
Excellent one of the most scrumptious dishes I've ever tasted and delightful
Grand Marnier French Toast
OMG! This is absolutely bliss with its rich, sweet, slightly orange flavored sauce. (Syrup would ruin the flavor.) Their french toast is made with their own homemade bread & it is truly amazing. The portion is big enough to share with some supporting sides.
2 Eggs
Always delicious. After about 100 visits I've never been disappointed!
Pot Pie
I crave this pot pie so often. This is my absolute favorite dish. I love 30 minutes away, and I make that journey to indulge at least twice a month. Thank you for being so dang consistent and delicious.
Patty Melt
January 17th 2024 It was the most delicious Patty Melt that I have ever had. The meat was tender and juicy. The toppings were just perfect. The French fries were hot and crisp. The lettuce was crisp and pickle tasted like it came out of the barrel when they are first made. I have tried many different items from their breakfast and lunch menu. Every item that I have had there is the best that I have ever had at any other restaurants. From the cooks to the server's they all make Buttered Toast Restaurant an enjoyable experience. I had the opportunity to meet t the owner. He was very nice. If you are looking for a restaurant with a friendly family environment and some of the best food that you ever tasted I would highly recommend Buttered Toast Restaurant in Algonquin IL. Sweet Potato Hash Skillet
Very delicious! The sweet potatoes are cubed into small pieces and fried with a crispy outer layer. The jalapenos were layered on top to the side not mixed into the dish which is smart giving you the choice of how spicy you want to go. Highly recommend. Atmosphere was calm with plenty of staff.
3 CC Pancakes
Pancakes are awesome here nice and big,thick too, these are no joke! For those pancake lovers these are one of the best pancakes I have ever had.
Chicago Beef Skillet
Very tasty! Super fast service always make a special trip to get. Kitchen on par always tastes great and hot fast service!
